Based off of the Care: Food Aid White Paper, a white paper seems to be a place where professionals give the facts along with their reasons for the arguements they present. They provide suggestions on how to fix the issues at hand. White papers are organized clearly and concisely so that one searching for information in a matter may understand the issue and the suggested recommendations in order to solve the dilemma. They use bullets, headings, numbers, and other simplistic manners to get across their ideas.

Well I created a wordpress account. I enjoyed the first two Ira Glass videos and I hope part 3 and part 4 are just as interesting.
